Reiki is a soothing and relaxing hands on or hands off healing modality that promotes healing. Reiki can help balance energy and leave you feeling renewed. Becky will use her intuition as her guide as she channels this energy to receive messages and advice for your current situation. Expect to feel relaxed, balanced and leave with suggestions on how to create balance in your life.

Reiki I Training
Reiki is based on the belief that we have universal life force energy that flows through us. This ancient healing modality is widely used around the world and helps to balance that energy. It is a relaxing and gentle, hands-on or hands-off approach to healing. Reiki is used to balance energy, relax the body, calm the mind, increase self-awareness, decrease stress and help manage anxiety and illness. With a Reiki level 1 attunement you can use this practice to heal yourself, friends, family and even your pets.

Reiki II Training
What’s Included:
Level II Attunement Ceremony
Written Manual (including my Reiki I manual if you did not take it with me)
Certificate of Completion
Review of Level I, Distance Reiki, Reiki Symbols, Clearing Objects and Spaces, Starting a Reiki Practice, Treatment for others
This class is led by Reiki Master, Becky Payne. In Level Two you can build a deeper sense of your healing work and subtle energy. Students will learn how to apply the Reiki symbols in an effective manner while doing a reiki treatment for themselves and others. Reiki II helps to balance the recipients energy on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.
Pre-requisite: Level I Certification in the Usui Tradition
Please bring Diane Stein's book Essential Reiki, which you would have received in reiki level I

Reiki III/IV Training

Review of Reiki I and II as well as in-depth instructions on how to lead your own reiki class.
This class is led by Reiki Master, Becky Payne. It is taught one on one and will give you the tools and confidence to train others. You will receive ongoing support as you move forward on your reiki path.
Pre-requisite: Level I and II Certification in the Usui Tradition
